Suggestions are not decisions. Review each destination, including excluded columns.

Review the exceptions.
“No detected exceptions” means only that this limited checker passed. Shopify has not validated this file. Images are not fetched or checked for availability.

Export is all-or-nothing: unresolved records are never silently dropped. Formula-like cells block CSV output, even if excluded. JSON reports may contain source header names; keep them private.
PREFER A DOCUMENTED HANDOFF?
We'll untangle the file.
You own the launch.
One supplier CSV, cleaned and mapped for new Shopify products. Built for the small team that needs the catalog work off its plate.
- 01 Clean draft CSV
- 02 Source-to-Shopify field mapping
- 03 Change log & exceptions report
AI-assisted preparation with structured factual and quality checks.
The details, without surprises.
Which files does the diagnostic support?
New products only, explicitly draft and unpublished. UTF-8 comma-separated CSV, up to 300 products, 1,500 data records, 64 columns and 2 MiB. XLSX is not supported. No customer or order data.
Checks cover CSV structure, duplicate headers/mappings, missing pilot fields, conflicting product identities, duplicate SKUs/options, basic prices and image URL syntax, and spreadsheet-formula prefixes. Required pilot fields exceed Shopify's minimum.
What is outside the service scope?
No existing-product updates or overwrite workflow, live imports, store credentials, customer/order data, invented product facts, or guarantee of successful Shopify import. Inventory/location imports, image-only rows, Markets, metafields, tax/category mapping, gift cards and custom fulfillment are excluded.
Before work starts we need a current product template/export, complete supplier facts and agreed mappings. Missing information must be resolved with you. Product images are not fetched or checked for availability.
What happens to my file?
The free diagnostic processes file contents in browser memory. No upload, account or browser storage. Clear session or refresh to discard inputs. Downloaded reports are yours to manage privately. Service intake is currently closed; do not send files or payment.
Does passing the check mean Shopify will accept it?
No. This is a bounded checker, not Shopify validation. Review the draft and validate a small sample in an appropriate test store before any real import. Never use the synthetic samples as real products.
